The Perfect Mountain Town

Located approximately 120 miles west of the Denver airport, in the Colorado Tenmile Range, Breckenridge is a unique Victorian ski town that unites the history of the west with the best skiing and snowboarding around. When gold was discovered along the Blue River in the 1800’s, miners flocked to Breckenridge to seek their fortune.  Today, skiers and snowboarders head to Breckenridge seeking something almost as valuable, the perfect mountain town. In addition to its rich Victorian heritage, the town has over 200 restaurants along Main Street, Park Avenue, and Ridge Street , pubs, live entertainment venues, retail shops, and art galleries.

There are many things you can avail yourself of while in Breckenridge on your off day. Did you know that Breckenridge is home to "The World's Highest Distillery?" The Breckenridge Distillery comes complete with a restaurant/bar, tours/tastings that include award winning bourbons,  gin & rum and various infused vodkas.

The Perfect Mountain

The Breckenridge Ski Resort ski area features five main peaks that are all interconnected by chair lifts.  Peak 9 is home to the Breckenridge Ski Resort’s primary base area, with several apr├Ęs ski locations within close proximity.  Be sure to look at the inter active trail map.
