Beaver Creek, CO
January 16-23, 2010
Upscale Resort, Superior Service and Luxury Lodging at Affordable
Prices.
Can you say “VALUE”!
Expect to be pampered during a visit to Beaver Creek. Embracing
the resort’s “Not Exactly Roughing It” tagline, more than 150 mountain
hosts are committed to providing the highest level of guest service in
the ski industry.
In
fact, Beaver Creek was awarded
the National Ski Areas Association “Best Customer Service” of any
ski resort in the country. Hosts maximize your enjoyment on the mountain
and in the village by greeting you, helping to carry equipment,
providing grooming reports and local’s tips and leading free mountain
welcome tours each day. At the end of the day, reward yourself
with a fresh chocolate chip cookie served daily by Cookie Time chefs.
Last year the readers of
Ski magazine also recognized the superior service at Beaver Creek by
voting it No. 2, just behind Deer Valley.
Luxury Lodging:
We will be staying at the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa.
Vail Valley’s newest luxury
resort, opened just last season, is nestled on the banks of the
Eagle River at the base of Beaver Creek Resort.
A gondola takes you from
the door of the Westin over the highway to the Lower Beaver Creek
Express Lift. In 3 minutes you are ready to go up the mountain any
time you want. Can you say
“Convenience”!
This condo hotel gives you a choice of hotel rooms, spacious studios and
condos
with custom designed contemporary furnishings, large kitchens,
fireplaces, LCD televisions and more.
The Skiing: Beaver Creek is one of the most diverse mountains in the world. Every type of terrain, from designated beginner areas, to regions that will challenge even the most experienced skiers, can be found within its 1,815 acres of skiing. And with 10 high speed quads, 2 gondolas, 2 triple chairs, 3 double chairs and minimal crowds, you’ll enjoy more time on the slopes of this fabulous mountain rather than standing in lines. Lift tickets for Beaver Creek are also valid at Vail, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, and Keystone (including night skiing)! The Vail Valley Eco bus(express) to Vail takes only 15 minutes and costs only $5 each way.
You have easy access to Avon and Beaver Creek’s quaint Tyrolean-style
village
with its convenient escalator from the base of the mountain to the
slopes. The Village offers some of the finest dining and shopping on the
continent along tiered outdoor walkways encompassing a large open-air
ice rink. Beaver Creek
Village is nothing short of marvelous.
Transportation:
You will take a non-stop flight to Denver and then an easy, scenic 3
hour bus ride to Beaver Creek.
We’ll stop at Apple Jack’s to let you stock up on your favorite
adult beverages while we pick up box lunches for the bus ride.
