Registering for Austin Skiers Trips

Trip registration will open Monday, July 29, 2024 at 12:00pm CDT for all trips except South Africa.
We will open that trip at a later date in August.

  • You may not sign up for a trip unless your membership dues are paid. Be sure to check your membership record & if you haven't renewed click HERE to log-in and make sure your dues are up to date and that your profile and your family member(s) profile(s) are complete. Payment is by Credit Card only. For family memberships, please add any family members to your profile that are missing. This may be done at any time before registering for a trip. Please see the instructions on how to become a member or renew your membership at the bottom of this page.
Registering for a trip is easy:
  • We have 3 ways to get to the registration page for any of our trips
  • To register for any of our trips: Login to - www.austinskiers.org
    Once logged in to the Austin Skiers website, you may either -

          1.  Go to Members Only tab, on dropdown menu click Member Trip Registration List to get to the Trips Registration Links Page

    2.  Scroll down to the Trip you'd like to register for, click the link to the Trip Page, click the link to Trip Registration Page
          3.  Go to Trips 2024-2025 tab, click on the trip you want to book, click the link to Registration Page

  • We have 2 different registration platforms we are using. The registration link will take you directly to their page.
  • Sports America - is used for: Vail, Snowmass, Winter Park, Sun Peaks, and Mammoth.
  • WeTravel - is used for: Copper Mountain, Keystone, Alyeska, Crested Butte, Val di Fassa and South Africa.

  • Tips for registration
  • Be prepared to pay your deposit by credit card
  • Be prepared to enter your Legal First and Last Name for your airline ticket based on the government issued ID e.g. a passport or driver's' license. If your trip is International, you will need to have your Passport info handy. Double-check the Passport Date of Expiration. Generally it needs to be valid for at least 6 months after the date you return home.  
  • Several trips have group lifts available for purchase. These are not required to be purchased upon registration as you may add them to your trip at a later date.
  • Do check out the Epic & Ikon Pass Link  from Sports America on our home page to decide which pass is the best option for you. You can do this prior to registration opening.
  • Most Trips' BEST value for lifts will be to purchase a Pass, but not always the case. Check diligently all your options before purchasing.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once you've completed the registration process. You will also receive reminder emails of any upcoming payments due. 
  • Sports America's confirmation email will have a link to your Profile Page for their trip website. SAVE THIS LINK. You can return to it to make any changes or to review anything about your trip payments.
  • WeTravel allows you to create your own login when registering for a trip, or you can register and check out as a guest. Their email will also give you a link to return to your trip in case you need to make any changes or review.
  • Online credit card payments are the only method of payment for either Sports America or WeTravel. No checks will be accepted.

To renew your membership or become a member:

  1. If you are a current member then Login by clicking HERE using your email address and password. The Login is in the upper right corner of the home page.
    • If you do not have a password or do not remember it, click “Forgot Password” in Login area.  The system will ask for your email address and you will be provide a system generated code to enter.  The code is case sensitive.  You will receive an email containing a link to create a new password
    • If the system does not recognize your email address, then click on “Become a Member
  2. Click on your name in the upper right corner of the home page to view your profile.
  3. Update and complete your profile information.  Some new information is required. Add family members.
  4. Pay your membership dues by Credit Card. Individual dues are $45 while Family is $70. Membership runs from June 1 to May 31 each year regardless of when you join and is not prorated.
