Trips will be opened for registration on July 25th. We will send out an email in advance but please mark your calendars now!

We are in the process of preparing the trip sign up pages as well as making some helpful videos to guide you through the sign up process in WeTravel.

Members should be looking at the trips and making their plans by reaching out to other club members, friends and the Trips VP or Trip Chair (if assigned) for any questions!

Trip Chairs have been assigned for most of our ski trips next season. Take a look at our website under trip chairs to see who they are.

We currently still have the following trip chair openings!
Crested Butte (short trip) - March 1-5, 2027, $1000 Trip Credit
Sonoma Wine Tour - May 15-22, 2027, $1300 Trip Credit

Texas Ski Council Bidfest Delegate/Guest Information & Registration - Events Calendar - Texas Ski Council

$145 per person by July 15, 2026
$170 per person after July 15, 2026

Registration Fee includes:
- All Meetings
- Welcome Party (Friday)
- Free Breakfasts (for those registered at Hotel)
- Vendor Presentations
- Ski and Travel Show (Saturday Afternoon)
- Dinner, Singo (Music Bingo), Auction, Dancing and Prizes (Saturday Evening)

Bidfest 2026 brings together the best of planning and play, where club leaders and members gather to select international and domestic expeditions for 2027 and ski trips for the 2028 season.

Kick things off on Friday at 11am with a special river boat cruise departing directly from the Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk.

Then shift to celebration mode on Saturday with dinner, Singo (music bingo) and dancing. Dressing the part of the Roaring 1920's is encouraged!
