​TRIP Planning COMMITTEE FOR 2027-2028

​Volunteers Needed!

Bob Foster leads trip planning for the Club's 2027-2028 Fiscal Year, including ski and other travel. Committee members will work collaboratively with Bob to gather and review ideas for trips and then finalize the destinations on which to focus planning for that year. 

• 3-4 meetings; meets once monthly beginning in September

TRIPS UPDATE    ​

• Trip registration is open for all trips, except as noted following:

  • Snowmass Ski Trip - Closed; waitlist also closed.

  • Jackson Hole Ski Trip - Closed; waitlist can be joined.

  • Whitefish Ski Trip - Almost closed; 1 single female needed; waitlist can be joined.

  • Steamboat Ski Trip - 4 spaces left.

•  TRIP CHAIRS NEEDED!

  • For Crested Butte Ski Trip (March 1-5); $1,000 trip credit

  • For Greece Boat & Bike Adventure (Oct 13-23); need a TC & Asst; trip credits are TC-$3,500 & Asst-$500

• The TSC has finalized trips for its 2027-2028 Fiscal Year:

  • Summer Expedition (Aug 2027): Sonoma Wine Tour - NOTE: the Club is doing the same trip May 15-22, 2027 and it is open for registration on the Club's website.

  • Fall Expedition (Sep 2027): Slovenia **

  • Traditional Ski Trip (Jan 2028): Telluride, CO

  • Final Showdown Ski Trip (March 2028): Palisades Tahoe, CA**  

  • ​Our Club may include the trips marked with ** for trip offerings.​​

• The TSC is accepting applications for Trip Leaders for all of their selected trips and Board Officer positions for its 2027-2028 Fiscal Year. 

  • Trip Leader applications are accepted on a rolling basis, with priority deadlines being

    • August 31, 2026 (2027 Expeditions)

    • October 31, 2026 (2028 Expeditions)

    • January 24, 2027 - Applications for all other leadership positions

​​​Ski Passes - NEXT PRICE INCREASE APPROACHING SOON

• EPIC:  Lowest Fall Price Ends - September 7 (Midnight); Pass Sales End - December 1

• IKON: Lowest Fall Price Ends - September 4 (Midnight); Pass Sales End - Early December

• To purchase an Epic or Ikon Pass through the Clubs website (through partner, Sports America), go here > > IKON & EPIC Passes

• When purchasing a pass, Members receive a trip credit being 6.5% of pass purchase price.
