This is included in the member website pages but it is important that all trip chairs are familiar with this document as it is signed by the trip registrants when they sign up for a trip and has all of the important rules that you can refer them back to as needed.

This is the request form for all Club expenditures. You need not download any forms, but can fill it out completely online. Note however that support for all cash outlays must be uploaded. This includes copies of valid receipts or invoices from vendors.

The Club runs all of our trips over We Travel so it is important that Trip Chairs and Assistants have a basic understanding of how the systems works.
